Yes, all tenants need to be present at the check- in. This is when we give out apartment keys and fobs. We also take you to an apartment where we take your electricity and water readings as well as show you how appliances, switches etc work.

The buildings electricity is provided by Ecotricity, please see the link below for change of tenancy details: https://www.ecotricity.co.uk/support/moving-home.
However, you are free to change a provider. In that case all residents will need to call a provider they choose, give them the MPAN for their flat, date they moved in and meterreading to set up an account. The MPAN number will be sent to you by Dana. All flats are installed with smart meters.

Yes, our standard contract is 12-months with a 6-month break clause.

Council tax is an annual fee that you pay your local council for various services it provides, for example, libraries, rubbish collection and disposal, police and fire services, administration and record keeping like deaths, marriages etc.

You will be responsible for cancelling the council tax when you vacate.

You will be responsible for setting up your own council tax account and paying for your council tax. As per the Valuation Office Agency tenants will need to contact Hounslow Council (by email, phone or online) and let them know they have moved in. The council will then send in a request to the valuation office and then they will put the council tax band on. The electric meters are located in your apartment, i.e. in the cupboard with your boiler. Water meters are located on the floors. Access to water meters is managed by Dana, Gordon and Rajan. If you'd like your reading, please contact them directly and they will show you the meters.
